Gold Filled
Gold filled jewellery is very high quality, tarnish resistant and when cared for properly a gold/rose gold filled piece will last a lifetime. It is unlike gold plated pieces, which lasts up to only a year if kept away from water, heat and general wear.
14K Gold/ Rose Gold Filled is a layer of 14K gold/rose gold mechanically bonded under high heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass or copper. It is an actual layer of gold and thus is much more valuable (and therefore more expensive!) than gold plated or gold dipped jewellery (as it contains a hundred times more gold than these other types). With proper care, Gold/Rose Gold filled will NOT chip off, flake, wear off or turn colour over time.

Sterling Silver
925 Sterling Silver is an alloy and comprises 92.5% silver. It inevitably tarnishes with time, but this is easily reversible with a simple and inexpensive process done using home staples - baking soda & white vinegar (steps outlined below). We also sell polish pads that work great to easily remove the tarnish on sterling silver with gentle buffing strokes.

It is actually recommended that you wear your sterling silver pieces as much as possible to prevent tarnish as the natural oils in your skin creates a barrier and slows the tarnishing process.
With regular cleaning, your sterling silver Stamp + Shine pieces will continue to sparkle for a lifetime. 

How to clean your Sterling Silver jewellery

1. Soak your silver jewelry for a couple of hours in a mixture of 1 cup of white vinegar and 3 tablespoons of baking soda

2. Rinse well with cold water

3. Using a soft clean cloth, gently buff its surface to dry. 

4. Shine is restored! Looking good as new.

Order processing + Shipping times:

• When you will receive your order is made up of 2 parts: Order processing time & Shipping time.
• As each piece is hand cut and hand stamped in our studio, order processing times will vary with the season. Please check our website's announcement bar for current order processing times.
  During busy seasons (for example, Mother's Day, Xmas etc), order processing times can go up to 10 business days (so please get your orders in early!).
• Shipping time depends on your choice of postage which are presented to you at checkout. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• We ship worldwide (Postage options at checkout).

Refunds / Exchanges:

• All personalised orders are final. Our cancellation policy applies to all orders (see FAQ for policy).
• Please ensure that you input the correct text details with your order. We cannot be liable for any spelling and/or punctuation/symbol errors!
• Any changes to your order can be made within 24 hours after ordering.

Packaging Info :

All our personalised jewellery will come in our signature white box with logo with a polish pad/cloth. A care card is also included with each order.
As part of our responsilibity to be more environmentally aware, we minimise unnecessary packaging and will package multiple jewellery into one box.

However, it would be our pleasure to provide individual jewellery boxes upon request. Please leave us a note at checkout if you would prefer one jewellery piece per box.
